APPOINTMENTS
To ensure availability, please make appointments as far in advance as possible, or at the conclusion of your last spa experience. When making appointments, please notify the receptionist if you have any health conditions that may affect you’re a spa service. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Menu services and pricing are subject to change without notice. Spa-A-Peel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival. Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your therapist. We respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour Advanced notice to avoid up to 100% charges of services. All no show appointments will be assessed a charge at full value of services
SPA GUEST ARRIVALS
To begin your spa experience in a relaxed state, we ask that you please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will allow time to check in, change, complete your client consultation form. We will provide you with a rob, slippers. Delayed arrivals will limit the time of your spa experience, so in consideration of other guest, your time may be adjusted accordingly, and the full price of your schedule service will be charged.
GROUP BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
At Spa-A-Peel you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of soft music, dimmed lighting, comfortable chairs, and simple refreshments while you interact with Spa-A-Peel’s experienced staff of licensed aesthetician‘s, massage therapist, and nail technicians.
For parties of four or more guest including the organizer there is an additional 25% group booking fee. This fee covers planning expenses and includes all gratuities.
Spa-A-Peel requires at least four days notice cancellation or changes to your appointments. Any changes or cancellations made within that time period will be subject to the original charge, including 25% group booking fee.
A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment. Your signature on the Group Booking contract authorizes Spa-A-Peel to charge the designated credit card for any and all received, missed, canceled, or changed appointments, including the 25% group booking fee.
All service charges will be processed four days in advance of the groups arrival. Any additional services or products requested on the day of the appointments will be charged that day to the credit card number on file. We recommend that you and your guest arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. “We are unable to guarantee a full service for appointments that are 15 minutes late; however, we will do our best to accommodate you.
